At Glamyforyou, your satisfaction means everything to us. While we hope you love every purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s okay. Our return policy is designed to be simple, fair, and stress-free.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Return requests made more than 7 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customised or personalised products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at glamyforyou@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer care team will review your request and send instructions along with the return shipping address.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description. We’ll prioritise your case and provide a resolution promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you prefer.
